Drawing Trip to Chilley Farm

The group decided they would like a fish and chip lunch.
Tutor Comment- The French Impressionists would discuss their art over bottles of wine in the
Cafe Bars. I think the making pictures choice of restaurant is a very sophisticated and healthy venue to discuss the days art. -Victoria

Learners painted using their observation skills, viewing the picture plain as an alternative to copying a individual picture. The display consisted of various materials hanging from the ceiling to the floor- creating an illusion of colour in space. Learners selected a section of the display, focusing on areas of colour and looking at the shades and tones within the area. -Tutor

Post From Mr.D

Hi, This is Mr.D This is The Art experience and today we are creating portraits.
Last week we went to the Art gallery and we had a good time.
Today, we cut pieces of different papers and made a collage of ourselves.
I have a bright collage of myself.
Tutor Comment- Fabulous, brilliant, individual - just gets better each week. I am v. pleased with every ones work in today's session. After the portraits were displayed on the window, the sun shining through just made the colours look even more fantastic. - Victoria ( a very happy tutor)
