Sheila's seagull collage won the support workers art competition. I helped collect the votes.

A lot of people loved my painting of Emintrude the cow. Lots of people looked at my work , they thought my work was great.

The exhibition was very nice.

Horace acurately mixed the shades of blue perfectly.

Post from Horace. Visit to the Towner

(An interesting display of art work from local schools. This exhibition had finished, however the staff kindly allowed us to view the interesting way the work had been displayed-Tutor)

Today we went to Eastbourne to the Towner Art Gallery. we had a look around the art gallery. We visited The Dark Monarch exhibition, I liked the painting of three ladies.

We had a cup of tea in the cafe. We looked at The Towner collection and Children,s schools exhibition.

After we visited all of the Towner, I sat down and sketched a painting that I liked. I would like to visit the Towner Art gallery again. - Horace

POP ART. Lichenstein style.

Hi I am Horace, I am 68 years old. I enrolled on the ASDAN, Making Pictures course to have fun, meet new people and learn how to draw.

My ideal day would be to spend the day walking in the countryside with my fiance, followed by a relaxing evening listening to music by The Beatles.
